What started as a summer job in 2008, little did I know, would become my career.
I had just finished my 10th board exams. March 28th. Geometry.
By April 8th, Mangalvar tha, I had joined SoftTel as an intern.
Results came in on June 26th.
Mum knew something was off. I kept using work as an excuse to skip college admission rounds.
She did them all: Xavier’s for Science. Ruparel for Science.
Still, I went to Patkar, her alma mater.
Asked to meet the principal. Explained why someone with 85% wanted Arts.
Came back home and told Mum I wasn’t quitting my job.
She smiled.
And just like that, recruitment happened to me.
Since then, I’ve:
I am a hiring partner to ad agencies and brands looking for thinkers, doers, fixers, and builders.
I place writers, strategists, marketers, and servicing pros who’ve done this before. From copywriters to seasoned performance-marketers, I don’t stop till the brief is met and the culture clicks. No freshers. No experiments.
Just people who get it.
I'm not a portal. I'm a person.
